- Attach photos (if necessary) and order number
3. *Refund methods:*
- Return via the same payment method (when possible)
- Credit on the platform for the next purchase
- Refund to bank account (special cases)
4. *Deadlines:*
- Analysis within *48 business hours*
- Refund within *7 business days*, according to the method used
