Cancellation policy

*CANCELLATION POLICY – HIPERKUPA*

Hiperkupa allows order cancellations within specific timeframes, respecting the progress of the purchase and delivery process.

1. *Cancellation by the customer*

- The customer can cancel the order *until it enters the shipping preparation phase or the delivery is delayed by more than 10 minutes from the stated time*.

- After this point, cancellation *will not be possible*.

- Requests must be made within the application itself, using the communication channels of our partner businesses.

2. *Cancellation by Hiperkupa*
Hiperkupa may cancel orders in the following cases:

- Product unavailability

- Incorrect data or lack of confirmation

- Logistical problems beyond the platform's control

3. *Refund in case of approved cancellation*

- Refunds will be made according to the *Refund Policy*, via the same payment method or credit to your Hiperkupa account.
